All Roofing and Construction highlight a recent trend of unsavory customer service (when things go wrong). It seems that I’m not alone in feeling let down by their lack of follow-through and dismissive attitude in recent months.I hired All Roofing and Construction to install a metal roof on my home in January, and the experience has been less than satisfactory. After noticing unsightly “oil canning” that gave the roof a waffled appearance, I reached out to the company on June 3rd. Despite multiple follow-ups via texts, calls, and emails, I received no response until July 24th, when I had to escalate the issue by contacting all three owners. When I finally received a reply, it was dismissive, with Matt telling me that “oil canning occurs with ALL metal roofs.”While I understand that oil canning can happen, the extent of it on my roof is unacceptable. More concerning is the company’s complete lack of responsiveness and professionalism in handling my concerns. I was courteous throughout this unfortunate experience, hoping for a resolution, but it’s clear that All Roofing and Construction has no intention of addressing the issue.Based on my experience and the pattern of poor service others have reported, I cannot recommend All Roofing and Construction.All the negative reviews have a similar narrative with customer service..Wouldn’t recommend any high-end or specialty roofs.
